"Quilt Challenge for 2010"

We are doing something a bit different this
year. The challenge will consist of a fat
quarter of a particular fabric that can be
purchased at Sew Delightful Quilt Shop in Tuscaloosa. You will have free reign to do with it whatever
you choose. There are a couple of
rules:
The finished piece must measure 24” x
36”.
You must include a recognizable amount of the Challenge fabric in the quilt but you cannot
use more than one quarter yard or fat quarter of the fabric.
You can use any additional fabric that you wish .
The Challenge fabric is Timeless Treasures, The Lindsay Collection, C3949 Beige Leaves.
(A bolt of this fabric is on hold for us at Sew Delightful. Just tell them you need a piece of the WAQG challenge fabric.)
Other than the above requirements, you have free reign to do whatever you choose. That’s all, pretty easy and hopefully the
fabric will get your creative thoughts flowing
Remember, you will reveal your quilt at the December 2010 meeting.
