Committee: Demonstrations
Purpose: To provide educational information and demonstrations of various aspects and techniques of quilting during the quilt show. Tasks to be completed:
- Work with Quilt show team regarding space and Electrical needs
- Identify list of desired demonstrations
- Solicit people to conduct the demonstrations
- Identify signs needed for show and tell sign committee
- Plan schedule of demonstrations
- Oversee the implementation of the Demonstrations during the show
- Develop form for viewers suggested Classes/demonstrations for future
- Provide list of demonstration and times to advertising committee
Materials needed:
Tables, Electrical cords, power strips Sewing supplies, demonstration materials and Viewers suggestion forms
