Committee: Hospitality
Purpose: Provide food for guild members, vendors, and judges who work the show.. Tasks to be completed:
- Plan sign needs (such as “WAQG Only”) and give to sign committee
- Request guild members to bring food
- Acquire paper products and plastic ware
- Plan hospitality room supervision
- Solicit Drink donations
- Solicit Coffee machine donation
- Acquire coffee condiments
- Provide list of donors to program committee and quilt show chairs

Paper products, plastic ware, plastic cups, Coffee, drinks, Food, condiments
Budget:
$35.00(We prefer to have everything donated if possible. Pepsi may donate soft drinks and coffee, Goldenflake may donate chips and snack foods)
