Meetings

The Guild meets on the second Saturday of each month at the Forest Lake United Methodist Church at 1711 4th Ave  in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Our schedule on meeting days includes:

​

• 8:45 am    Basics & Beyond - a demonstration of quilt making techniques for beginners and experienced quilters.

• 9:30 am     General meeting - includes committee reports, project announcements, and our "Bring & Brag" session to show off what we have been working on.

• 10:15 am   Refreshment break - members bring snacks to share.

• 10:30 am   Program Presentation - We often have a guest quilter who presents a demonstration of a quilting technique, a trunk show of his/her quilts, or a slide show of quilt work.

• We are usually finished around 11:30 or noon.
